Review: I bought my vfr new in 07. It's the 25th
anniversary colors. The bike is awesome. Handeling
is the best. I've owned seven bikes. Single side
swingarm makes chain adj. and tire replacement a
breeze. It was a bit short on power. I added a
power commander, air cleaner and two brothers
exhaust, problum solved. The bike is a bit heavy,
but when you look at the quality of the frame and
sub frame, it's well worth it. This bike can
handel a crash ( god forbid) without having
everthing twisted, just my new plastics. Not to
degrade cbr's or gsxr's, but if you lay them down
hard, it's off to the frame shop. Bin there done
that. If your looking for comfort, quality, and
reliability the vfr is the bike for you. Features: singleside swingarm. Both left and right side of front light work on low beam. The list could go on and on. Improvements: Honda needs to send a tool in there tool kit so we can make rear shock adjustments. You have to take half the bike apart in order to make adj. (07/20/2008 by David Leaser)
