PAYMENT CALCULATORKEY DIFFERENTIATORSPARTS/ACCESSORIESREVIEWS/AWARDSBased in Phoenix, Az, the first attribute of my Scrambler 500 deserving of mention is ability to handle the 110'F heat (efficient electric fan/liquid-cooling) and the second is the smooth power streamed from the 500cc motor. Sand, gravel, or dirt doesn't slow the 4x4 down, and the ability to take on mountain climbs and winding ledge trails is the reason I switched from a 700 sportsman. The lighter bike is both powerful and nimble, a valuable combination for day-long rides in the desertor mountains. Best of both worlds. The lighter bike doesn't sap energy like the heavier 4x4's.
