2007 Triumph Rocket III Classic Tourer QUESTIONS

I almost bought the 2008 Rocket 3 Tourer. What a beautiful cruiser. BUT, I did some online research and have found at least a hundred complaints about inferior tranny parts and tranny's exploding sending parts through the crankcase with oil pouring out. If it was just a complaint or two it wouldn't intimidate me but like I said, it was at least a hundred. There is even a class action suit starting against Triumph. My question is: Did Triumph fix the problem for 2008? Granted, most of the tranny complaints that I read were for the 05 model. But there were a few for 07, including one tranny failure on an 07 at the dealer I was planning to buy it from. Any input would be appreciated as I really love this bike, I just want to know if the problem has been fixed... Thanx, Mike	Answer this question

does anyone know how to get the seat off a Rocket three?? Sounds bumb but i cant get it off is there a trick to it?	Answer this question
