When atempting to move forward bike cuts out. almost as if the reverse revlimiter is stuck on.will also backfire.is not carb.pushing override button does nothing.	Answer this question

We have had the belt replaced at shop and the slow mode was reset. We took the bike out for a drive the day we got it back and the bike keeps going in slow mode. When reset it stays good for about 1/2 hr. and then goes in slow mode again. Any ideas what the problem could be???????????	Answer this question

Greetings I have an 04 Prairie that I pulled out for the season to go work some cows with a buddy of mine. It wouldn't idle unless I was at lease 1/4 choke on it. I pulled the carb apart to clean it figuring it had a plugged jet due to old gas. I cleaned it up and now I can't get it to start unless I hold my hand over the air intake end of the carb. I've tried everything I can think of. I've pulled it apart a zillion times now and can't seem to locate the problem. I don't understand why it won't pull extra fuel in when the choke is back. How does that work? Pull the choke open and vacuum pulls extra fuel in? Anyone one have any suggestions on what to try. I don't have a manual, but I have intention on getting one. For the time being, has anyone ran into this problem before? Thanks Dennis	Answer this question
